John's, Susan's New Baby Due Any Day

John and Susan and expecting Baby Number Two any day now, which means Myles will be about 18 months apart from his newest sibling.

"We're can't say that this perfect timing had anything to do with anything but sheer good luck," said Susan, who says she has been feeling well throughout this pregnancy.

Baby Number Two is due on Jan. 4, 1991, right between semesters.

"But my tax accountant told me to make sure Susan does her best to have the baby before the end of the year," said John. "And that might just happen since early babies are a trend on Susan's side of the family."

Susan and John plan to have the baby in Fairbanks because of Kotzebue's limited health facilities. In fact, all medical emergencies in Kotzebue are medivaced to Anchorage.

The family plans to be in Fairbanks by Dec. 8 and be there at least until the middle of January.
